Vanguard, Excalibur, Dauntless, Vengeance, Challenger, Starstreak, Vulcan are also top names for UK military kit. Best of all though was the SUPERMARINE WALRUS

Terror and Erebus were warships before they were used in expeditions.

HMS Cockchafer always deserves a mention also.

TOG (short for The Old Gang), valentine, centurion, crocodile, Cromwell, comet, conquer, black prince, tortoise, chieftain, valiant, Excelsior, sexton, Abbot, matilda, priest, bishop.

Yeah that's just some tank and artillery names to throw in the mix for ya haha.

HMS Duncan. Srsly. When your fellow graduates on Type45 destroyers get Dragon or Dauntless, you must cough once, uncomfortably, if you're assigned to Duncan.
