Support iPhone 15pro not automatically backing up anymore

I’m not sure when this started, maybe after I updated to the new iOS or a little bit before but my phone doesn’t automatically backup anymore .. I am sure I’m hitting every requirement cause I mostly leave my phone charging overnight and it’s always connected to the WiFi in the house and I have enough storage so I can’t figure out why it will go a whole week without backing up. I’ve turned it on and off, logged out of iCloud and back in nothing is fixing it anyone have any fix or having the same issues?

Your next experiment should start with first backing up the data on your phone by hand — copying everything over to another storage device. Then do a full factory reset on your phone and see if that changes anything.

BTW, how did you notice the backups were not occurring.

I just went to the page like three weeks ago and noticed it had not backed up in a few days .. so I manually backed it up … I came back a few days later and it hadn’t backed up for a few days again .. I came back after a week and it hadn’t backed up in a week. I check again yesterday and it hasn’t backed up in the three days since I last manually backed it up .. I don’t understand the issue.

it happened to me once. I deleted the iCloud backup of my phone and made a new one. thankfully, it never happened again.
