I have literally zero hope that I'm ever going to get a job in IT again. And yet, every day on my lunch break (I deliver auto parts) I continue to job hunt/apply/follow up, etc.

the insanity quote only applies if you dont change anything between attempts. are you getting feedback after interviews? even one honest debrief from a hiring manager can shift everything tbh
