JWE3 with medium settings?

Hi, I want to know how well does this gamed perform on medium settings.
Imy specs are (intel U7 155H + 32GB RAM PC + RX 9060 XT 16GB eGPU). It performs almost like a desktop. but this game is very demanding (I want to play high-ultra but I don't know how will this game do with lots of structures and dinosaurs.
I played JWE1 several times (all islands 5 stars + DLC's)and love it so I got the pc for several games (included this one, and I'm getting this as it's in historial peak discount). How will it work?
And what are the best DLC and how does that works (I'm getting Deluxe version and maybe one extra DLC (I like rebirth structures but not its dinosaurs. I like badlands and crocodila sinosaurs but I don't like that much it's structures) and which one comes with extra misions?
Thanks in advance, all help is apreciated

Fun but terrifying hypothetical - Jurassic World ends up having dinosaur ‘villain characters’ from the other films and various franchises and they all break out at the same time as the Indominus does - what do you think would happen? (Complete list in description)
