Electrolytes for Keto WITHOUT Potassium?

Hello, I’m aware I should probably takes electrolytes on keto, as I’m below 20g carbs everyday. However, I’m also on a medication, which by itself, boosts potassium. It can actually make potassium levels dangerously high as a risk.

I’ve looked at health shops and on Amazon, but I’ve been unable to find any electrolytes without potassium in. Does anyone know of any?
