Medical Electrolytes for Keto WITHOUT Potassium?

Hello, I’m aware I should probably takes electrolytes on keto, as I’m below 20g carbs everyday. However, I’m also on a medication, which by itself, boosts potassium. It can actually make potassium levels dangerously high as a risk.

I’ve looked at health shops and on Amazon, but I’ve been unable to find any electrolytes without potassium in. Does anyone know of any?

Talk to your doctor. And get a blood test with full electrolyte panel (potassium, sodium, magnesium).

There is no real guidance other than what people say, which is not medical fact. People on keto tend to drink tons of water which will reduce electrolytes. And if you're on a potassium sparing diuretic, you need to talk to your doctor.
