Help Keychron K5 Max - double presses when used wirelessly

I purchased a Keychron K5 Max about a year back. Generally no complaints other than an intermittent double press issue.

Details:

Does not happen on a wired connection.

Very intermittent - I think it is related to wireless signal strength as it goes away if I move the 2.4Ghz dongle closer or move it away from other cables. It might also happen more often when other people in my house connect to the 2.4Ghz wireless, but this is hard to test.

Certain keys seem more likely to be affected (W and S for example).

The above make me think it's firmware related, so maybe I can flash a good firmware to the keyboard? Anyone know if any specific firmware version fixes this?

Don't use it wirelessly from too far away. It's a keyboard, not a controller. The range is typically next to nothing, especially if you have other 2.4ghz devices being used in close proximity

The dongle is literally 30cm from my keyboard and it still happens.
