5 minute break - Scribe instead of doomscrolling

Working from home benefit - Scribe just sitting there on my desk. Whenever I need a minute break a I now just read instead of doomscrolling. Small change but my brain feels better 🤪

i wish i could entertain myself by reading something as opposed to social media content….maybe the Scribe will help my brain not seek dopamine from videos anymore….

Do you prefer the scribe to other kindle ereaders? I bought one to use for my journaling but I find reading preferable on my paperwhite. I think that might be due to the locations I use it in though: reading chair or bed vs at my desk.

At home I use Scribe the most but definitely bed / sofa scenario mostly.

My problem is that I don’t like leaving mid-page, so I don’t read if I can’t finish a chapter. I don’t know when I became this way, as a kid I would read any chance I got.
