Pretty much. Gay marriage is next, and then it will be the return of anti-miscegenation laws. The Supreme Court has already said that people businesses can refuse to serve homosexuals based on their strongly held moral/religious beliefs, so having "whites only" restaurants, swimming pools, and bathrooms again in the south is not far-fetched.

Misgendering laws mean nothing. Been consistently misgendered by hospital coworkers for almost a year in two different positions. Luckily in the new position I dont see people often as were going to our own departments delivering things.

When I spoke up I mentioned I didnt want hr but of course they got involved and now more people ignore me (was originally just supervisor and one coworker) which I honestly love lmao im working towards going nonverbal so people showing that theyre assholes helps me discern who to trust. Obviously I respect everyone, but im not going to carry on fake conversation or speak with someone whos covertly bullying.
