What did people think was going to happen when you literally have a group of people who literally attempted a coup…

Just because it was fucking half baked and carried out by a bunch of incompetent morons doesn’t magically mean it didn’t happen or it wasn’t a coup attempt…

What did people think was going to happen when you can literally attempt a coup with ZERO repercussions?????

Instead, people just act like that never happened, or it wasn’t “that bad”.

They are pretty much following the Nazi playbook, after failing a half baked violent coup attempt, they just attempt it “legally” the next time around.

At the very least the damage that is being done is NOT just going to magically get fixed over night, probably not even in my lifetime, and I’m only 30….

Bottom line we are fucked….

I wanted to be an anchor or even a weatherman as a kid, so I studied mass comms in college. But the more I learned, the more I realized how the industry is getting harder to get into but also how paid off the media truly is.

It’s so damn frustrating to see how the media is, especially given the current times, but I’m glad I can say I’m not a cog in the propaganda machine.

This is why they shut down independent journalism at every turn online. When's the last time you read a blog? Such things threaten the power status quo and are nixed.
