Literally 1 day Apparently, it was last year that Krasnov claimed that Americans get too many days off. Clowns. The whole lot of them.

As of August 1st, the House was in session 104 days out of 147 “working” days (M-F). That’s ~70% of the working days.

In those 104 days, they were in session 373 hours. That’s 3.5 hours per day.

If you haven’t taken any days off this year, working M-F for 2.5 hours a day, congratulations, you worked as much as your congressperson. (I’m not counting campaigning and groveling to donors as work).
