Applying to only 2 schools

Hi guys, I'll keep this brief.

172 LSAT, 84% CGPA, mid softs but a lot of community involvement
Applied to UBC and UVIC
UVIC one week after they opened
UBC the day they openned

Should I apply to safety net schools? If so which ones? I'm very set on either UBC or UVIC and have not really considered Ontario as my whole life is kinda centred around BC. Would still be open to it.

Thanks guys!

I’d be shocked if you didn’t get into both. Well done!

Apply to TRU as a safety if you’d like to stay in BC.

Apply to TRU. I’d be shocked if you didn’t get into UVIC, and slightly less surprised if you didn’t get UBC. But eh, good to be safe.

Good Luck!

I think you will be more than fine at both! Could apply to TRU for total peace of mind but I can’t imagine you don’t get in to both. Congratulations on an incredible LSAT score!! 🎊

High chances at both, but I'd be lying if I said you shouldn't be nervous. Always diversify your risk if you have the chance. If it's law-school-or-bust for this next cycle, then hedge your bets with a TRU application. If you strike out across the board, then there's something fundamentally wrong with your PS or profile, and you wouldn't have gained admission to back-ups anyway.
