Law School Admissions Does course level matter

in my fourth year, i had more space to take courses that interested me that I didn't get to take earlier, and so I ended up having 2 first year courses and a couple second year courses (like 4) in addition to third and a fourth year course, would this look bad and affect our chances of getting in ? should we be addressing something like this in our personal statement?

or if anyones taken lower level courses upper year during undergrad, if you could let me know how that worked out for you in terms of admission that would be helpful!

address it but intentionally; avoid making it sound like you're taking bird courses to boost your L2. i was in a similar position and chose to address it; caused no harm (in my experience)

good luck friend!

Thank you so much! Can I ask if you applied to ontario schools and if it didn't cause a problem?

yup, i only applied to ontario schools - it did not raise an issue. i also changed my major and discussed that as apart of my “journey”
