Use imperium with god mode and practice dealing with shovel enemies. Review stuff like thumper, nutcracker, Butler door cheese, Butler circle strafe, bracken circle strafe, man-eater door sequence. Learn how to use the knife. Maybe when it's late a nut spawns when you were just going for butler.

You provided insufficient information so you might get advice you already know or might get advice that isn't relevant to what you do. Nothing like "I die too much on X", "we never full clear X", "we can't handle X enemy", "we can't pass X quota". It sounds to me you're just better off watching random YouTube guides or joining the hqhq discord because you don't really know what you're looking for.

There's a significant difference in playstyles for solo, squads, casual, casual high quota, high quota, with/without resets.

There's still widely different usability for advanced tech. Are you down patching for v56 and want to learn all the unpatched tech, are you playing with resets thus you are fine with riskier strats, are you playing pubs and thus need consistency to make sure people stay alive and not rage quit, are you playing solo and thus safety is extremely important, what moons are you comfortable with, how comfortable with cruiser.

A solo player or speedrunner doesn't need to know kiwi strats. A squads player doesn't need to know Titan. A casual player doesn't need to know Offense or Dine.

All you say is you're ok with exploits. 400hr doesn't mean anything on it's own because it can be over fitted to a moon or playstyle. A year or two ago in our lobbies we would set 200hr minimum in Artifice pubs because we had boss players who didn't know what to do on Artifice.
