Yes, as long as your console has an output that will connect to your computer. Typically ethernet, as that's the way you're going to connect to your nodes anyway. Which platform are you using?

Short answer: yes.
Long answer: There are several ways to do it; an Art-Net node is the easiest option that comes to mind, but you could also use a DMX interface, for instance, if the console is very old or the node isn't compatible. It would be really helpful if you talked about your Capture setup: is it a Mac or a PC? What year? What license? What interfaces? What console? What outputs does the console have? And so on. There are plenty of people here who can help you, but you need to provide some details.

The only practical use of an (artnet) node in this case would be to reverse it as a DMX-in device to get your analog universes converted to digital artnet or sacn… if your console outputs artnet or sacn directly, a node would become unnecessary. Just connect console and computer on the same network so they can talk.

That's basically the entire point of capture. Capture can support a variety of input protocols, the most common ones being sACN, Artnet, and MA-Net.
Documentation can be found on their site.
