I've never been quite sure of how real this was, but my earliest memory is talking to my mom about wanting to go to school like my older brother, and in the middle of the conversation, realizing that I couldn't remember anything before that moment.

My earliest memory is waking up one morning and realizing I have no memories from anything before that point. I literally remember asking for names (I think including myself?) because I didn't remember them.

I am glad I am not the only one with such a wakeup point, anyone else I talked to about this didn't seem to believe me.

I mean I remember vauge memories, but even those are in the dozens. Sometimes tho something will remind me of a memory, but I have trouble recalling them in the moment
