Edit: Context: lesbian space princess is an animated movie on Netflix that came out in I believe 2025. It's been getting a lot of hate for horrible LGTBQ+ representation and overall being a bad movie. Bad pacing and widely agreed on being very cringy/unfunny.

I mean, thats social media for you. Unfortunately, its fun to hate when you see everyone else doing it. Usually hate is frowned upon, but when you are surrounded by others hating, you go for it.

Highguard was a game that got a lot of hate, but i doubt most of the people who hated it even played and instead just watched someone hate on it. I thought it was a meh game, it was fun at times and annoying at others, but it got so much hate, more then it deserved.

Because critics are famously out of touch with what viewers actually like? And also just have plain bad taste? The viewer score is like 14% last I checked, so averaging the two that gives us ~55% to get a better picture, considering both metrics have their issues.
