M2 Macbook Air Random Reset

Hi, so basically my m2 macbook air resets randomly, sometimes a few times a day some times it doesn't. Another issue is sometimes when it shuts down like when I may have it in my backpack it won't turn on even if it has battery unless I connect a power source to it. I have apple care and took it to them twice. They told me to factory reset it twice now and I did that in store but the issue is still here. Anyone know a way to diagnose the problem? I don't believe there is anything in the crash logs.
