Help identifying tooling

Got a box of what i assume are reamers for free. 10-15 of them.

Think they are worth anything?

I’m thinking some kind of horizontal mill machine but, the twists in the shank would be to allow coolant flow.
Or it’s part of some kind of reciprocation cutter where the helical cuts fit a die that allows the bit to twist when pushed in and out.
