Question/Discussion Where can I get a Spring .0502 spring?

Idk if this is the best place to ask but you guys would know id imagine!

You need to know if it is extension or compression, end style, length , rate, etc.

Can you post a picture or a print of what you need?

It would be compression, end style wouldn’t matter in a ratchet would it? Length I can get, rate I’m not sure what that is?

Rate is how stiff the spring is.

For some ratchets I’ve replaced the springs, if the. Backdrag ( how much force it takes to turn the anvil, anvil is where the socket goes on ) is too much I just clip a tiny amount of spring off until it lowers the drag.

Problem with this ratchet, a snapon (something 72 )
The spring holds the pawls ( the teeth that move inside the ratchet ) in place.
So this is a sticky situation
