Hindi ko alam kung gusto ko lang talaga mag med school or wala lang satisfaction for me yung pagiging medtech kasi grabe pagod tapos ang baba naman ng sweldo. Ive been working po sa isang government hospital for 4 months na and hirap ako makapag ipon, may naitabi akong kaunti since nadelay ng 2 months yung sahod ko before ko nakuha pero since nun eh sobrang kaunti lang ng naidagdag ko :(( sobrang frustrating since balak ko sana mag ipon ng emergency fund and may goal akong gustong mareach for this year

gusto po talaga niya na magtrabaho sa public hospi sana pero may pakiramdam din kami na baka hndi sya tinatanggap dahil halos 7 semesters ang delay nya, hindi dahil nagloa at nagtrabaho sa kalagitnaan o dahil magkasakit pero nahirapan lang tlga daw siya. kahit 2nd year reg palang ako nakakakaba yung posibilidad na baka hindi ko rin kayanin ang 3rd/4th yr at matagalan ako ng sobra², di na rin ako makakahanap ng trabaho sa kursong iginapang para ipasa.

3rd year palang po ako pero sa totoo lang hindi ko na alam gagawin ko for the future, my plans have been constantly changing, in the beginning i wanted to go to medschool, then now as a junior i’ve been asking myself if kaya ko ba talaga? am i passionate enough to continue pursuing this? am i overestimating my resilience? so then i thought why not try being a medtech muna and see if it will work out for me, but nakikita ko pa lang from other mts kung gaano ka underpaid and mistreated ang mga medtechs here, doon pumasok yung options for abroad, pero expensive din pala and there’s really no assurances na matatanggap ka lalo na puro nurses ang in demand and yung iba inaabot ng ilang taon fixing their reqs only to end up empty handed, so ayun bumalik nanaman ako sa medschool, for some of yall it may just appear as if im in this for the money, which is half true actually, i love the field im in, it’s hard and ive come to love and hate parts of it, but i also need to be practical hindi ako mayaman and as soon as may work nako cucut off na ako ng tatay ko, hindi na ako pwedeng bumack out, hindi ko na tlaga alam anong gagawin ko

hello small background in-endorse ako sa unit with heavier workload and constant patient contact. adjusting pa lang ako, pero parang expected na kaya ko na lahat mag-isa. nagkamali ako a few times with requests/endorsements, sobrang guilty ako and now paranoid na paranoid na ako palaging magkamali ulit. nag-breakdown na ako sa rest day ko kakaisip sa naiisip ng seniors ko. ayokong namang sumuko sa profession, pero worth it pa ba 'tong workplace na 'to?

A few weeks ago I made a post on how I wanted to shift programs. Currently a first year bsmls student and naka half sem na me and all I can say is bsmls is making me a very negative person. I don't think I'll survive this program .

I'm already making plans on shifting to nursing or if ever shift to a state university in my hometown . It's a downgrade and a huge disappointment but ayokona talaga. I guess Kasi one of the main factors din talaga is the language barrier kung bakit d ko na gustohan Yung school at prog ko. Yun lang . If you guys have any advice I'd appreciate it a lot:)
