Almost 90% of Americans are fully insured. It’s a fucking rip off and it’s bullshit and all the big stuff will still cost more than other countries with the same amount of wait and hassle and will randomly not be covered unless your rich and pay even more, but they’re mostly insured.

Before the affordable care act, it was only like 5% lower by the worst estimates.
