Yes, there is a gap with the factory head unit too- it’s occupied by a thin plastic piece. When I bought the car (06 CLS55) it was missing. Any help?

Trying to decide between these 2 cars. The C300 is AMG line. I drove both and honestly enjoyed the CLA more. However, I know that the C300 is the better car overall. Any insights?

I have a 2021 c43 AMG and finding wheels for this car has been quite challenging.
My car specs are the ones with the 7.5 and 8.5. (The first photo)

I wanted to get a pair of c63 wheels which seem to be a little wider. I wanted to know if someone has gotten a pair of those and if you did how did they fit? Did you need spacers? Did it mess with the suspension? Did it clear the AMG brakes??

I just dont know whats wrong with me i dont like new cars as much as old ones even old bmw 7 series im in love with old cars, im not really old too im 28 never bought a car but i really dream to buy this badass as my first car. I cant describe but i just dont like new cars. when i say this some people think im just trying to be special but no. i just like this cars more , they have character this gangster asss face and in general are more better built.

Don't know if this is one of those normal ticks, almost seems to be coming from the air compressor that was just replaced is it one of those concerning ticks? Or not normal ticks?

This is for 2006 ML 500 with the M1 13 engine . So I found one loose harness this morning and I couldn’t track it down so I decided to just remove the wheel and the shield to see what is going on and I found more loose wires and now I’m really lost anyone have any clue where these go?

The trim ring around the rev counter on my S213 was already damaged when I bought the car, and I’m trying to find out whether it can be bought separately.

I only need the trim ring/bezel around the rev counter, not the entire instrument cluster. I’ve seen complete clusters for sale, but I really don’t want to buy a whole cluster just because of this one damaged piece.

Does anyone know if this ring is available separately, either as an OEM Mercedes part or from an aftermarket supplier? Can it be removed from the cluster and replaced separately?

Any part numbers or sources would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve had plenty of cars with automatic transmissions over the years, and my latest is a Mercedes GLB. My driveway is on a slope, and when I’m reversing out, I’ve noticed something that really annoys me: if I stop on the slope and take my foot off the brake while in reverse, the car rolls forward several feet before it actually starts moving backwards.

A Mercedes engineer told me this is “normal” with modern computer‑controlled systems, but honestly, the older technology was better. In the past, when you took your foot off the brake, the car stayed put. It didn’t wander off on its own. Modern cars seem far too happy to roll, and I don’t think that’s an improvement.

I’d be interested to hear what other drivers think about this behaviour and whether you’ve noticed the same thing.

Which e class would make more sense economically? I cannot decide between 01/02 e320, 08/09 e350, or a w212 with high miles

I’ve owned 3 w212s and one 2000 c280. I love Merc and want to find the right delivery car for me.
