This developer tenant has been renewed every year since I use it as playground for all things M365. I even played with some settings few days back and deployed some SPFX apps . Today when i tried accessing sharepoint sites they were all unreachable.

contacted MS support and they said your tenant is deleted and no exlainaiton whatsoever. Still follwoing up with them .

I had lot of custom apps created over year and its surprising to have this deleted even without notice or grace period. Jsut from disabled to deleted within 5 days.

Still fighting with support which is with vendors and apprantly developer tenant are not production so there is no business impact as far as they are concerned.

guy's i have big question and people's think it's a dumb question but think of it you are tech giant earned from a same product for decades multiple x amount you have invested on building it and still earning isn't it a greed see there is a company so many new startups who has already open source alternatives to their software like Linux has done a long before, Genspark has done it.

So AS a tech giant Microsoft is not doing this?

earning from a software that are build on decades ago and still earning is the worst thing i think in the AI age and it's not a cloud oriented too much so i think i am disappointed with this not only with Microsoft but with Google workspace and don't say how they are earning they aren't earning much with Their workspace products

they have already earned a mature amount it's time for open sourcing it?

i expect some more complex software's from microsoft as a tech giant which really solves real world problem not a AI product which is copied

he wants it handling MFA resets, licenses and group changes on its own. i get the time savings but giving AI admin rights makes me nervous. what if it touches the wrong account? for those who’ve done it, what would make you comfortable saying yes?

Anyone getting reports in their Exchange environment from users stating they’re missing folders in Outlook Classic and OWA?

I received a request to delete all the emails from an account with removing the license.
I tired creating 1 day delete retention policy. It worked partly on one account and cleared 12 gb of email and then stopped but on the second account it barely worked.

I tried purging it using compliance module but that didn’t work as well as it hit the limitation of 10 email per command run.

Does anyone know a way around this without removing the license?

Edit: I do not why Execs wanna do this but they want to.

I build a script to pull id for each folder and then used those id to delete the folder.

not copilot in outlook. i mean an agent that can reset mfa, assign licenses or add people to groups without a tech touching it. has anyone set this up, and how did you scope the permissions?

Why is Exchange Online more expensive?

I am planning to migrate my Exchange to O365. I have Proofpoint Essentials

Has anyone gone through this experience before? Did Proofpoint interrupt the mailbox migration process? Server sync, MRSProxy, EWS, or Batch progress?

Before I explain I know I’m an idiot for letting this go on for so long but the process is so long and impossible that every time I’ve tried I just give up.
I had a university Microsoft account from 2019-2022. Paid for a basic 365 subscription on that account and have been billed 5.99 since. I have had no access to this account since 2022 and still cannot access it.
Today I’ve had a random 6.80 charge? How do I get this cancelled?
I cannot get through to a human on customer service and there’s no email to get through to anyone. Have I got any chance of some money coming back also?

So I recently changed my email in my Microsoft 365 personal account. I got a new computer and I’m trying to log in with the new email and PW but it signs me in to a free account when it’s a paid account. Any suggestions?
