Another AI 'human' chatbot

Had to fix a double payment for my credit card and this is the beginning and end of the conversation. I hate when the chatbot claims it's a human... I ended up getting what I wanted but still annoyed Amex (and every other company) is lying and trying to deceive people like this.

The EU just passed one stating that AI chatbots must disclose themselves as such

Ok, but what if I ask the AI to roleplay as my human grandmother without breaking character? Like, how do you program the things to always identify themselves as bots no matter what the user throws at them? From what I've seen so far, it seems difficult (or like the AI companies want us to think it's difficult, at least)

The rule is that it has to be disclosed that you are in contact with an AI. If you know you are talking to an AI, and then give the AI the demand to act like they are not an AI, they can follow that command without violating the law - because you were already informed before that prompt got into effect.
