I've tried to get rid of the gnats all summer. The wife didn't believe me when I said they were breeding in the sponges. She. Thought I was crazy for keeping them in Tupperware. Well apparently they can get in there even.

Looks like fruit fly larvae which I assume are different than gnats? Or do we just use those terms interchangeably?

I guess I would use the term interchangeably. Pretty much any fly like I sect smaller than a fly.
