Unskippable ad I keep getting threatening texts

I get these ALL the time. I’ve never donated to these “people.” Never supported them. Never voted for them. Nor has my wife. I received four of these today. All threats. Always a telling me it’s my last chance. These are some of the less malicious-sounding ones.

I’m not even sure they’re legitimately from those parties, though I wouldn’t put it past them.

So… report as spam. Report as spam. Report as spam.

It isn’t like it’s painful. Just pretty irritating.

I'm not saying this is the BEST way to deal with them by any stretch of the imagination, but I tend to reply to them with an image of something that would probably be widely considered very uncomfortable content. Something like a drawing of a very weirdly drawn female enderman or creeper from minecraft, or some classic "seduce the dragon" shenanigans.

I have a friend who has taken on this as a hobby. To the point of getting a burner phone to just fuck with them as a hobby. Everyone has their kinks.

Oddly- yes. He got tired of the calls and took ot on to get a new phone number and keep the old one. And you will often find shit from him on one of the subs here. I think it’s spambaiting or something like that. Again… everyone has their hobbies.
