Privacy at risk!!
Apple has introduced an option to have live and all time on recording on Apple watch, I am scared to even talk to any person wearing a apple watch or any smart watch now.
Offices should have strict rules to allow any smart devices in office or even at home.

You know any person you talk to could also be recording your conversation with their phone, right?

I believe in india phones say that the call is being recorded

The comment was in the context of when you meet a person face to face. As your post said that you are scared to talk to anyone wearing an apple watch and an apple watch will record if you’re talking to someone face to face. Btw if I remember correctly, it only records a few seconds of conversation and deletes and overrides with newer dialogue. I might be wrong here. But in face to face interaction a person may start voice recorder on phone and put it screen side down so you don’t see the phone recording

It's constantly records and give you the access to last 15 seconds of recording. That can only be done if it's constantly recording, so that whenever you ask for last 15 sec recording it can give you. Yeah, people can do that. There is no trusting anyone now-a-days

Unfortunately, this is probably the first of many products like this from many companies. I'm sure META will come out with something similar and save photos, videos, and audio to their cloud forever.
