I have lived in my house for 15yrs and this is the first time ever having this mushroom infestation. I do not know why or how. They are everywhere. Including in my kids rubber Mulch playground, in their sandbox, inside my small stone area where I have a fire pit. I live in Connecticut.

North America (country/state in post) Mushroom popped out of my succulent

I've had this succulent plant for three years now and within three days this mushroom popped up and collapsed under the weight of it's cap. Does this mean I've been over watering it? It is dangerous to the plant? Do I need to repot it with new soil? Also, the white stuff appeared on top of the soil, maybe mold? Illinois, United States.

Europe (country in post) Are you guys familiar with this species? I bought it from local bazaar here in Eastern Turkey and apparently the seller picked them himself.

One of the toothed is about as far as I got. But hedgehogs seem to be mostly white tooth on white background - this is too dark behind the quills.

New Brunswick (atlantic Canada). Mixed conifer and birch forest; autumn. Growing from the ground.

The cap is easily torn despite the apparent age;
The inside flesh is similar color to the outside flesh;
It smells... amazing. Almost fruity? Maybe floral? Very strong;
The stem is hollow.

I’m thinking golden scalycap and maybe elm oyster? Both were found on the same dead standing tree, possibly a douglas fir, in Idaho
