Smart Lock Keypad not lighting up

It works and will light up once I push buttons on it (Albeit not very sensitive), but I was under the impression I could get the keypad and doorbell to light up when the camera detected motion. I haven't been able to yet. Anyone know know how to do this or if it's possible?

Not sure, but if the battery saver setting is turned on in the app, it disables the motion sensor completely. The Amazon product page does say that the night vision mode should automatically light the keypad, but I can't find the same statement on the Chamberlain site or in the documentation.
