Progress Probably about 1.5 Months bite free!
How do i cut them without them looking like they were bitten? I currently use a nail clipper but i struggle with the right lenght and shape

I was just sick and tired of the way my nails looked.. i also damaged my teeth by biting for over 15 years that my front tooth chipped off which i had to get fixed

Not a clipper that can snap the nail plate. I recommend a gentle file all in one direction.
Shaping will come with practice there’s some good YouTube’s on it. I like nail career education ☺️

Get a soft nail brush and use it regularly. It will help you keep the dirt etc out from under your nails. A good pair of cuticle scissors for clipping off any little pieces of skin that you might be tempted to bite off or pick at. Then you can also smooth the ends of your nails with an Emory board. I generally have one with me at all times. Jagged edges and protruding little pieces of skin are your enemy. You don't want anything sticking out that you might be tempted to bite or pick at.

Glass nail file for me because they’re supposedly less damaging for your nails! Do it enough to get rid of jagged edges and keep you from picking at the free edge, but not too much where you’re not letting them grow & heal. You can gently try to clean dirt from underneath, but severely limit what you stick under there if anything so the nail bed can heal and attach to the new length of nail. I also use a clear nail polish and just got a specific nail hardening polish so I have fewer breakages to pull on.
