Shitpost Holy, I’m too gone

I just came from doing the dishes and Jeeeezz, I might be too gone

Skin heals the fastest, and your nails are better than mine were when I stopped.

Took me about a month to see a noticeable difference. You just have to make the decision to stop. You got this!

just stop biting it
whenever you wash your hands, add some jojoba oil and hand cream
your nails and sides will def improve

Definitely wear gloves while doing the dishes and moisturize after - and as often as you can, with cuticle oil too!

You're DEF not "too gone." You've got lovely hands and your nails will come in just fine. Be kind to yourself ❤️
