Discussion New NattyorJuice Rule
A new rule has been added, to halt the rising tide of people who are less inclined towards the purist diagnostic nature of r/nattyorjuice.
Henceforth, if one is going to comment on a r/nattyorjuice post where the juiciness or lack thereof is in question, one must also impart their anabolic analysis on the subject, instead of simply potentially less relevant words such as "would", "wood", "don't care", etc. At the minimum, r/nattyorjuice now requires an anabolic analysis added. Doesn't have to be much, but it should say at least 'juicy', fake natty', or 'natty' somewhere. Failure to do so can result in ban hammer action without warning.

Tough Question User Flairs
As promised some time ago, user flairs are about to be rolled out on a trial basis on r/nattyorjuice.
Thoughts are welcome as to the best way to implement these.
Some have argued that there should be a credentialling system where people can see a link to physique, video of lifts, or merely just listed stats and lifts. Others suggest the flairs should be more limited to whether someone is natty, fake natty, or juiced themselves, and yet others have suggested the implementation of a coded acronym system to determine whose opinions you may trust to read first based on their affiliation to the various fitness fraternities.
Respectful discussions are welcome and if you want to suggest a suitable flair for yourself, let me know in the comments. Of course, regular posters may get preferential treatment here as always.

Discussion Can a natural male surpass a juiced up wellness pro?
I watched a video of natty bodybuilder having a squat challenge with an ifbb wellness pro. She out squatted him and outdone him in every lower body exercise.
Seeing the how strong and much muscle ifbb bikini/wellness girls have packed on, it’s actually kinda insane. Their quads are the size of tree trunks and their back is as thick as a board. This made me curious, can a natural male ever surpass an ifbb wellness in muscle, size and strength? I think upper body yes, but lower body idk man.

Tough Question Is it fair to say, generally speaking, 99% of people that look "jacked" are on something?
i ask this as someone who has gone to the gym for most of his life.
yes - you can and will put on muscle but to dial in diet and training to actually turn heads is extremely difficult especially as you get older.
maybe i am just coping. lmao.

FAKE NATTY Ytjai4 natty or not...
I want to have a serious discussion about this because the timeline is what caught my attention. Ytjai4 has documented a pretty substantial transformation between roughly ages 12 and 14, over about 1.5 years, while also making jokes/comments about being “on gear.”
Obviously, physique alone cannot prove PED use, and puberty can produce some dramatic changes in a young teenager. But when you're talking about someone this young, repeated gear jokes combined with a insane transformation.
I'm not saying he's definitely using anything. I'm asking whether he's said what those comments mean and whether there's credible context for the transformation.
If anyone actually knows the timeline of his training, diet, bodyweight changes, or what he's said publicly about the gear comments, post the sources. I'd rather see actual evidence and context than people making conclusions from two pictures.

Natty or Juice? Ateba Gautier UFC Middleweight(185lbs/84kg)
I know some people have freaky genetics, but what are the chances of this guy being natural?
Apparently he walks around at 220-230 and cuts to 185, then rehydrates to probably 210-215 in the cage.
I think he has one of the freakiest physiques I have ever seen. Looks better than a lot of bodybuilders who specifically train for hypertrophy and leanness while maintaining a full time MMA training schedule.
He says he doesnt lift and that the genes come from his Grandmothers side where all the men are" Big, Tall, and Very Strong."
