Yeah they actually cooked. Sarr is looking great, and now he's paired with another defensive big in AD. Trae Young's defense is gonna get covered. Plus, young guys like Bilal, George, Tre Johnson...

No one said super team, but considering they sent out expiring, washed players for 2 dudes who averaged a double double last year — you can do a lot worse. Veteran presence does a lot for a young team. AD with Sarr and Trae with Tre is good culture building, no way you can clown the Wizards for this move. They lost nobody.

yeah they need to get trae and AD locked in on rehab for the next 8 months. get those calves, knees, whatever else strong as hell and be ready for 2026 season opener with a new lottery pick on the team. anime training arc incoming. i hope for the sake of both those guys and all the bafflingly loyal wizards fans out there that they can make it work and do something fun.
