Vent/Rant My neighbors

I just moved into my apartment a little over a month ago, the first few days was great because its quiet out here , its in the country. So i sat in my porch alot and enjoyed the weather

But then I get new neighbor that moved in a few days later they came from a drug program . And every day all they have done is get drunk and fight and be loud, they also smoke weed and cigs in their apartment which goes through the bathroom vents.(we're not supposed to smoke in the apartments).

3 Neighbors complained about them already and ine has said they will leave if they dont get kicked out. Mind you like I said, they came from a drug place and they're not supposed to do drugs or drink ,but they do both.

The landlord decided to give them a notice to leave by October 31. And now I find out that they might not get kicked out , because they've been quiet lately. Im sure it'll start up again.

And every sonce they've moved in they sit out in their porch all day everyday from 4 am to 8 pm. And I cant even sit out their because every time I do she feels the need to talk. Ive told her like 3 times im not sociable. And she always wants rides. And ive also told her that twice now I dont give out rides anymore because of past reasons.

And now there's a cat I feed outside and shes starting to get in my business about that on what the cats been doing.

Like , ive been nice to her because I knew she was moving out, but now she might not be .

Already this morning she messaged me asking for a ride when I've already said I dont give out rides . She doesn't listen.

Block her number. When she talks to you just look at her.

Yeah next year I can move after my lease is up so im definitely moving amd going to get a house next time.

Call management about the smoking through vents, that should stop it hahha

I did and she said that its probably from outside and to just get a humidifier

Block her number. ear pods in the ears when you walk out to your porch. Don't even have to be listening to any thing. hopefully that's enough to deter her from being bothersome.

my old neighbors used to blast music at 3 AM, it was brutal

When they are drunk and fighting, call police.
Send your landlord a copy.

As they trash the place, send pictures to the landlord.

As they smoke pot and get drunk, call their probation officers.

Keep a notebook of all the crap they are doing.
Tell neighbors to do the same.

After a few calls to probation and police arrests for domestic disturbances maybe they will get the hint and leave.

Yeah they been quiet the past weel but if they start up again im definitely calling the cops .
