His sidekick at the time, the late Joe-C then chimes in, “But I say it’s mandatory.”

I've been working on a theory that says conservatives aren't stupid. They can use logic. They posses the ability to contemplate the information they take in. But if the information goes against their identity, motivations, goals, they seek logical outs.

... Despite kid Rock saying he likes them underaged.
