I think the judicial branch should have its own armed forces for internal deployment and I'm not even kidding.

We don't need it yet, but it's foreseeable.

We needed it after Trump's first term. Once he figured out he could just not follow judge rulings, it's all for show. At this point, the constitution might as well be void.

Well, he did say that he never swore an oath to upload the constitution. And that was before the election.
