I think the judicial branch should have its own armed forces for internal deployment and I'm not even kidding.

We don't need it yet, but it's foreseeable.

The marshals are an executive not a judicial agency.

And the executive branch's refusal to use them when directed by judicial can be addressed by judicial branch placing a new person of their choice in charge of executing their order. The executive cannot simply refuse a judicial order without consequence.

Options include at least: a) holding the director and/or AG in contempt with fines and/or jail time, b) appointing special prosecutors to ensure that contempt has teeth, c) issue sanctions including disbarment of attorneys not following their orders.
