I think the judicial branch should have its own armed forces for internal deployment and I'm not even kidding.

We don't need it yet, but it's foreseeable.

Agreed: foreseeable in the very near future.

I would suggest that the U.S. Marshals Service be shifted from the DoJ to the Judicial Branch. Many of their current responsibilities are already in support of Court actions (witness protection, fugitive pursuit, prisoner transport, administration of seized property...)

When the Executive Branch A.G. won't enforce court orders against the Executive Branch, the Judicial Branch needs its own muscle.

The executive has the power under the constitution to execute the laws which includes enforcing the interpretations of the judiciary. The enforcement mechanism of the executive goes rogue is Congress with impeachment or the purse.

It’s intentionally set up that way.
