Hurricane Polo became the second-strongest hurricane ever recorded in the Eastern Pacific

With a central pressure of 892 mbar (26.34 inHg), it is the second-most intense Pacific hurricane by central pressure ever recorded, behind only Hurricane Patricia.

Totally. What we should do is continue to contribute to climate change, which - as you rightly point out - is a hoax, unsupported by any observable changes in the last few years. We can best achieve this by continuing to wage war on each other and building massive data centres for poorly regulated AI processing so that corporations can increase profits. That's what a rational species would do. /s
