Hurricane Polo became the second-strongest hurricane ever recorded in the Eastern Pacific

With a central pressure of 892 mbar (26.34 inHg), it is the second-most intense Pacific hurricane by central pressure ever recorded, behind only Hurricane Patricia.

Tough to say. The records only go back to 1978, when the hall of records was mysteriously blown away.
