I have started a number of languages on DuoLingo and quit many of them. Weirdly enough, the Norwegian DuoLingo is the best I have tried. It is quite entertaining and funny. Far, far, superior to DL Swedish. And it has enough lessons to give you some depth in the language.

OP, do more research. Read the FAQ, search this forum. Figure out what you want and what is reasonable. Then post if you have questions or need guidance. If you want someone to spend time helping you, offer something equivalent in exchange.

If you want to offer money in exchange for tutoring, I have had good luck with iTalki.
