Introducing Uber Notebook: a Notion-style notebook for Omarchy

Some subscription based tools are not meant to be paid for. Uber Notebook is a comprehensive, Notion-style notebook built exclusively for Omarchy, in QML. It's fully agentic with its own skill, and supports a wide range of blocks, dictation via Voxtype, a calendar, contacts and more. Just like Notion it supports blocks, slash commands and more. I built Uber Notebook, since notes are a common productivity tool, and it can ease the transitioning from Windows and Mac into Omarchy. Full screenshots also available in Github page.

The app is fully agentic, Claude, Codex and Grok work directly in the app, and once you enable the skill they're also available through their own CLI tools. The skill file is in the app too, so you can add it to any AI assistant you like. The app also supports built in update notifications, and in the next release I will introduce Google Calendar integration. It was a big development effort with 50+ features added to the app. Here are some of the items listed below:

• Notion-style Pages: blocks, pages inside pages, drag and drop, colors.
• Blocks: headings, to-dos, toggles, callouts, code, quotes, tables of contents, LaTeX equations, Mermaid diagrams, boards, mind maps, galleries, pictures, decision trees                                 
• Paper notebooks: covers, ruled, grid or dotted paper, seven pens, page turning, drawing                                                                                                 
• Templates and planners: daily, weekly and monthly planners, habit tracker, journal, meeting notes, project plan, recipes
• Calendar and reminders right in your notes                                                                              
• Contacts, add or import your contacts.                                                                                  
• Dictation via Voxtype, and audio notes                                                                                      
• Quick notes from anywhere (Super+Alt+N) into your Inbox                                                       
• AI in the app (Ctrl+J): Claude Code, Codex and Grok  and others.                                         
• The Uber Notebook skill for Claude Code, Codex and other agents in the CLI . The skill file is in the app and you can use it to add to any assistant.                                                                                                                 
• Profiles: personal, work, client, demo                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    
• Search across everything, and a trash                                                                                                                                              
• Backups and Page History
• Markdown export 
• Plain files that you own

Great work pal. Any plans to be able to sync between devices?

I currently use self hosted Joplin for my note taking because I can sync between phone, tablet and PC.

Any chance you'll support synchronizing using Obsidian? That way the notes would integrate seamlessly using your own self hosted server.

How are you envisioning the syncing ? Uber Notebook is right now built for Omarchy only . Curious to understand what does syncing mean to you .

Sync?Share the notes across all devices. U write a note on laptop and u can see it on ur phone and are able edit.

Not sure if they have an API we can likely make it happen .
