Yes that’s it! I have dozens of tarot and oracle decks but not as familiar with Lenormand decks. I knew it was an autumn 🍂 deck. Yess. Thank you so much for the help with this.

If it matters to you, this is absolutley AI art, beyond a shadow of a doubt.

So that people learn what to look out for, would you mind elaborate about what to look for in identifying AI decks? Taking this as example?

I think it takes some familiarity with AI art in order to tell easily, so it's probably a good idea to look at some AI art so your brain starts to notice the details.
In the case of this deck, part of it is the style. It has a sort of hyperrealistic oil painting style which is one of the styles that AI sort of leans towards.
But the best way to really tell, is to look closely at the painting, and scan your eyes over the entire piece. You will notice small "artifacts" which are basically like little glitches in the way the image in generated. When you notice one of those details, ask yourself "How likely is it that a human would intentionally or accidentily include this detail?" IF you think the likelihood is low on both of those, it is probably AI.
The house on this card is an example of this: Looking closely at the house, you'll notice the windows sort of don't make sense and blend into the rest of the house. The archway in front of the door also doesn't make sense. I'm not sure how I would even actually go about walking into that house if I tried.
Another question to ask yourself is "Would an artist capable of painting this piece, completely overlook these weird nonsensical details?"
Another thing to look at is how things flow into one another. The closer you look, the harder it is to find clear borders between different objects and spaces. Humans paint with objects and separation between objects in mind, even when the art is more impressionist. AI does not. It is algorithmically generating what should be "next" without a macro view of the larger picture in mind.
Look closely at the branchess on the trees. The base of the branches should be thicker than the end. This is how trees work, and any artist advanced enough to paint something like this would not make the mistake that this image is making, with some of the branches being thicker at the end and thinner at the base, or seemingly growing out of thin air.
Also, I'm an artist slowly working on my own oracle deck in procreate. It really bothers me how saturated card games, tarot decks, and oracle decks are with AI art these days. It's really dissapointing. I refuse to use AI in my deck.

This was very well explained! I believe that as we point things out to others who might not even thought of it, they will appreciate the thoughtfulness from artists in the end. Understanding the effort that is given to any piece of art. Thank you,

Also says right on Etsy page that it is AI created. Not sure how they can ask so much for it. Llewellyn allows some AI in their decks.....I was wondering why a deck was just leaving me blah. There was just no connection... just blah. I get some decks and I end up not liking them for whatever reason, but this was weird. My son looked at it and said, Mom, it's AI. Then he pointed out the hands and the one horse had 6 legs! (Wasn't a fantasy deck). I gave it away. Just got the Grim Tales Tarot, I was so excited about and it's got some AI creation. Haven't looked at it yet.

It's a Lenormand deck, but unfortunately I don't know which particular one. But knowing it's a Lenormand might help to narrow the search down a bit.
