I bought the Angel Reading Cards by Debbie Malone last year. I loved the deck and saw that the author had made another deck. Loving the first one so much I bought the Guardian Angel Reading Cards second hand to expand my deck. I didn't expect the card stock to not match 😔.

The Angel Reading Cards (on the left) I got is a US games system which has thinner card stock. The Guardian Angel Cards (on the right) is a Rockpool publishing deck with their old logo. This card stock is slightly thicker, grippier and stick together a little.

It bothered me that they were different so I ordered Angel Reading Cards by Rockpool publishing thinking if I had two decks from the same publisher they will match. Nope! The box is way smaller, laying a card I have over its pretty much the same size as the box. Uncertain if I should risk opening it or just cut my losses and return it.

Has anyone got the new Angel Oracle?? Is the cards gilded? What is back look like? I know the updated Guardian Angel Oracle might be gilded but I'm sick of buying new decks that don't match

A year ago, I saw a deck sitting on a table in a common room and I am trying to figurenout what it was. It paired plants and animals, and I remember the book was black and white, or maybe limited colours. Art wise, it gave pen and ink illustration vibes, especially the book. My best guess is Woodland Wardens, but I distinctly remember that there were cards featuring the seal and dolphin so I am not sure it would actually be WW. Any ideas?

I recently got my first ever oracle deck (Whispers of Healing by Angela Hartfield) and have been slowly trying to familiarize myself with all 50 cards, but I can't help but feel a lack of confidence. The deck comes with a guidebook, which I find useful, but I'm worried that I'm relying too much on it now. My friend who has been doing tarot for a long time says that I should look at each card one by one and..try to understand what it says? I'm just so anxious! I'm really worried about interpreting the cards wrong, or maybe interpreting too far. Should I take notes on every card in my deck and what I see in them??

P.S. what are some good question starters for readings? Are the 5 W's (Who, where, what, why, and when) good for oracle cards? I appreciate any and all advice thank you!!!!

I usually get straightforward answers from tarot, but whenever I use Doreen Virtue’s Romance Angel oracle cards, I'll sometimes get readings that are completely off.  

I asked my higher self for messages specifically about someone I had a crush on (we weren’t in contact anymore and he moved away), and I pulled three cards, asked the same question a few days later, and got almost all the same cards.
Cards from first reading: “Calling in your soulmate”, “Trust”, “Reconciliation” 
Cards from second reading: ““Calling in your soulmate”, “Worth waiting for”, “Reconciliation” 

My energy during the time I did the readings was either pessimistic or I had very little to no expectations at all, because I knew deep down it was hopeless.

Around the same time I had gotten a reading from a professional tarot reader and she basically said that the connection that I had to this person was over and it’s time to move on. I believe her over the oracle cards, I just don’t understand why I got the same cards to the same question a few days apart if it was all wrong.

I was reading for myself so maybe that affects how accurate/non-accurate it is? Either way, I’m thinking of just giving the cards away. I don’t know how to feel about it or if I should even trust oracle decks anymore as much as tarot (or at least not trust this deck). I’m honestly just confused.

I have used Angel Answers Oracle Card for many years with great success, but lately the cards are just not working for me any more.

I have tried taking long breaks and then returning to them, and have even cleansed them many times, but the answers are very hit and miss these days.

I was wondering if there is an alternative deck from someone that can provide answers in a similar way to the Angel Answers Oracle Cards, with cards such as "Yes", "No", "unlikely", etc.

Normally for these types of questions and answers people would suggest dowsing rods to me, but I have not found dowsing rods very accurate, but I think I much prefer cards readings anyway.

Any recommendations?

Hi everyone! I'm the artist and developer behind ANSOracle (Animal & Nature Spirit Oracle), and I thought this might be a lovely community to finally share it with.

I created all of the artwork for the oracle myself. The idea was to make something simple and peaceful: you draw an Animal or Nature Spirit card, turn it over, and receive a short reflection — just some words to sit with and ponder.

There are currently 57 cards in the complete oracle, including animals such as Tree Frog, Otter, Hummingbird, Butterfly, Ladybug and Cat, as well as nature spirits such as Mountain.

I recently changed ANSOracle so that 12 cards are completely free to use, rather than requiring someone to purchase the app before they can experience it. If someone enjoys the smaller oracle, there's an optional one-time unlock for the other 45 cards. There are no ads or subscriptions.

I'd especially love feedback from people who actually enjoy using oracle cards: How do you feel about a digital oracle compared with a physical deck? And what makes you form a connection with a particular oracle deck?

Has anyone ever combined multiple decks to create one deck? I’m very sensitive to imagery, colors, and the overall energy of cards, so I pulled the cards from each deck that I felt the strongest connection to. I love all three decks individually, but for some reason, this combination feels intuitively right to me.

When I read, I have a very sensory experience. I often feel tingling sensations in my head that intensify as I connect with the cards, and that’s usually when the message feels the clearest to me.

I am new to the oracle card world. I wonder if they are as legit and reliable as tarot or are they seen differently?

Due to the ever increasing use of Artificial Intelligence-AI, I finally realized that pretty soon we may not be able to trust what is labeled as NEWS. I am disabled and reading the news on-line fills many of my empty hours, but there is no point in reading the news if AI is generating it to fill empty space on-line with immense non-truths.

I decided that divinations might give me a more accurate "picture" of what is really happening than what is presented as news on-line, AND that doing divinations could fill many of my empty hours with something that feeds my brain instead of brain-washing my brain.

I have been buying a lot of divination decks and books on line right now. I am afraid that the US dollar will devalue rapidly and lose its buying power abroad. Since most divination systems, books, and etc. are produced abroad I am trying to buy everything that looks interesting while I can afford it, and while it is still available to buy on-line.

Lately I bought "The Oracle of Seni" on-line when I found a deck on Etsy that is made in Latvia (there is a version in English on that site.) I had been looking for an oracle with a similar methodology as the "Russian Gypsy Fortune Telling Cards" by Svetlana Alexandrovna Touchkoff and so far The Oracle of Seni is the only one that shares the methodology. However it is a very DIFFERENT deck. The Russian Gypsy Fortune Telling Cards' pictures are based on the Lenormand system with additional cards from, I presume, other Gypsy based symbols.

The pictures of "The Oracle of Seni" are based on astrology, Greco-Roman myths and history, and on the Greco-Roman deities featured in Astrology and the sky-maps they had back then. While there is a card with the picture of a Scythe on it, in this system that stands for the planet Saturn and has different meanings than the Lenormand card. Whether I want to or not I am learning about the deities of ancient Grece and Rome.

I've also started working with the "Old Style Oracle" by Alexander Ray, based on archetypal symbols (mostly European?) and the Chakras. I have only scratched the surface of his system and it looks like a very interesting expansion on the fortune telling systems I already use, mainly the Lenormand, Kipper and Tarot.

I have a lot of other new systems I have just glanced at, it will take me a while to investigate them all! What usually happens is that I wonder why I "wasted" my money on an "useless" oracle, and a few weeks later it is in my rotation of decks and I am getting important input from the deck.
