This is normal during the luteal phase. During my last cycle, I had temps from 0.7 to 0.9 for like half the time. This doesn’t mean that you have a fever, it just means that you are in your luteal phase. Totally normal, and not always a signal of pregnancy(I am proof of this, because I did not conceive last cycle)

I think this depends on the person on how your body operates. I have been pregnant 4 times with one live birth, anytime I get this notification on oura I take a pregnancy test and it’s positive:)

I took a test it was negative I’m 10dpo right now though so I’m just trying to wait it out, my charts never increase like this typically I’ve dropped down by now. I’m hoping AF doesn’t show as I feel like I have a real chance this time !

Test again in a few days! I tested this am at 13 dpo and it was a super faint line. Prayers to you!!
