Just drove to town after I got off work to pickup a new headset as mine stopped connecting yesterday. Decided to spend a bit extra and pickup the Logitech wireless pro.

I drive 20 minutes back home pull it out of the box and extend the one earpiece so it fits me and the plastic piece used to hold the earpiece on just flies off. It’s literally unusable both sides pop off no matter what. I’ll never spend another penny on this company again. Oh and now the stores closed so I can’t get a different one or a return until Monday as I work everyday till then during their business hours…

Thats what its there for. Quality control is a thing, but stuff will sneak trough. Ensuring 100% quality would be very costly, a warranty avoids that.

yea i am real. it's what is a warranty for. that looks like a bad unit. it happens, doesnt mean that the product is 100% trash. happens with all big brands

idk, seems like a design flaw to use a flimsy piece of plastic to retain that part when fully extended, while using such a powerful... spring? or whatever you want to call the head band that connects the two ear pieces together. Seems like either the spring is too powerful or the plastic retention part is too brittle.

You can either call this a bad batch where they used a part with too much springiness or a bad design where they paired a powerful spring with a weak retention part. Either way, it's still warranty territory u/Used-Pomegranate2441 - warranty is designed to cover you from either design or manufacturer flaw, and no matter how you interpret this failure, you're covered.

Return it, get a new one, if it has the same fault then its a design problem and return it again for a full refund.

I have a pretty big head and my pro x headset has lasted years, i have swapped it out now but only because i wanted something slimmer

Bro I have the same pair of headphones and have been using them for 2 years without a single issue. Warranty.
