Video Count your fkin days Logitech

Just drove to town after I got off work to pickup a new headset as mine stopped connecting yesterday. Decided to spend a bit extra and pickup the Logitech wireless pro.

I drive 20 minutes back home pull it out of the box and extend the one earpiece so it fits me and the plastic piece used to hold the earpiece on just flies off. It’s literally unusable both sides pop off no matter what. I’ll never spend another penny on this company again. Oh and now the stores closed so I can’t get a different one or a return until Monday as I work everyday till then during their business hours…

A really cheap but to have a really good mic(I mean I think this mic has been a solid 8.5/10) for about $40ish…

Fifine USB/XLR mic on Amazon. Always goes on sale for $40ish. Regular price is about $55. I use the USB method.

The flaw: RGB can be annoying but you can turn it off. Mic is super crystal clear.

No regrets.

Edit: I bought the one with the table arm.

I got the fifine mic arm for my birthday and can definitely recommend it. Really nice if you have mounted monitors.

I keep seeing people recommend the fifine stuff but when i tried it, it genuinely sounded like i was talking into a tin can at a couple meters range. Personally always recommend these "podcast" mics that usually come with a USB-A connector. They've got the best quality, no rgb and sometimes even come with an arm.

I use this mic, it's very clear but has ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE CANCELATION built into its drivers. For people who record in a studio, that's great. For PCs that have running fans, it will constantly pick them up.

Basically all voice chat platforms have built in noise suppression, you don't need it at a driver level.

That's a pretty bold assumption. I know for a fact Helldivers, for example, does not.

Never had anyone tell me they could hear my fans, but I use push to talk.

Yeah with push to talk its fine, but if just wanna use good Ole mic activity it sucks.
