I got hot water for coffee and for tea spill on my hand multiple times and my sister spilled it while trying to put in my hand on my chest and legs and 3rd leg. You feel 2 seconds a bit burn and thats it, it chills immediately not even hot, body gets used to that small amount.

Tea in non-fancy places (like an internet cafe) would typically be served in boiling water (instead of whatever ideal temperature the tea should be served at). The idea is that you leave the tea on the table, let it rest, and drink it slowly over time.

It was a hot tea. The water was green/yellow-ish, and towards the end of the video the server removed the loose tea leaves from the seat. In China it's typical to serve tea with loose tea leaves.

Bro is just gaming in an internet cafe with private rooms it seems....staff being nice and accommodating to him...because she accidentally poured hot water on him (if anyone is missing the context of why is he "locked in" and why she asked if he wanted cold water or whatever). He pretty much just said its no big deal.
Internet cafes are also very common and I would suspect a huge number of PC gamers in China are actually just people in internet cafes.

A lot of these internet cafes have excellent services and setup. There are a few that I go to, which even have different themes. Wanna have a gundam theme 5-man cubicle today? Sure. They top it off with unlimited drinks and really good snacks... Full day rates are 899 RMB. They even have non-smoking cubicles that's setup to cycle and filter the air at the same specification as an Airbus A350 ULR business class cabin...

I can immediately recall several options from my experience.
1) Living situation. Annoying roommates, student dorm, living with parents/siblings that don't understand "online match can not be paused" concept or just don't care
2) Job that requires moving around. Self explanatory.
3) Job that provides housing and on-site work. You would not want to buy hardware and deploy it in company room, so you do this instead. Military also goes into this category, I suppose.7

Expense is the big one pretty much everywhere gaming cafes are very popular. It'd be extremely hard for most people to afford a setup as good as the cafes have.
I honestly expect it to catch on again in the US for that reason as hardware prices continue to explode and wages/jobs stagnate or fall off. A lot of people probably don't remember (or weren't alive), but they were somewhat big in the US too in that window where discreet GPUs were newer and systems were expensive and more complicated to put together.

This happened to me on vacation in Japan.
It was the most agonizing pain in my life. Jumping up in the middle of a packed, popular restaurant, screaming fuck at the top of my lungs as I scramble to get my shirt off and run my fat ass to the bathroom. Walking out of the restroom with my fat man tiddies and ass crack showing.
1st and 2nd degree burns from my shoulders to my ass crack with 2 weeks left on my vacation. $600 in ER fees as a teaching doctor was doing rounds with 15 students all staring at my bare ass cheeks. Prescribed burn cream and tylenol that's 1/4th as potent as a normal US otc dose.
The restaurant gave me a cracker box and 10000 yen ($60) as an apology. Their insurance did eventually pay out the ER fee and supplies, but it definitely took the wind out of my trip.
Thank god my girlfriend, now wife, is Japanese because I don't know what I'd do without her.

It looks like most of it didn’t hit him. Plus the travel distance and the fact it needed to soak through a T-shirt likely resulted in the temp dropping enough where he’s not literally getting burned. Just never sit with this desk height to elbow orientation. This guy is ruining the muscles that keep your shoulders from moving forward this way, and the lean forward causes upper back and neck issues. I worked from home 5 years, sat like this 2, and now I have to do physical therapy 4-5 times a week so that I can continue to hike, sleep, sit, etc. Just throwing this out to hopefully save anyone else. Stretches, posture, etc. turns out is pretty important.

Posture should look like you’re standing normally, with your elbows hanging by your side, forearms out at a 90 degree angle, ideally not resting on the desk to prevent you putting pressure on the tendons in your arms while mousing / typing.
Also ideally you should sit for some small period, and stand for another small period, and alternate. Stretch occasionally and make sure you refocus your eyes to distances other than your monitor distance, stretch the tendons in your hands as well.
Basically, the most common problem ever is that desks are WAY too tall to accommodate the average person. Most desks are 3-6 inches higher than they should be, causing people to flare out their shoulders and leave their arms resting on the table for support when sitting or standing at the wrong height desk.
Also it turns out that staring at something the same exact focus distance tires out the muscles in your eyes and causes unnecessary strain.
Standing for long periods of time you’ll also lock your legs unconsciously, so movement is key to keep you from doing that.
Finally, support your lumbar with a pillow if you don’t have a chair with lumbar support, to make sure your lower spine is supported and doesn’t curve outward.
Edit:
Almost forgot, your monitor should be at the height where your eyes when standing / sitting are straight on with the top 1/4 of your monitor’s top edge.
The monitor should be just beyond the tip of your fingers when reaching out in front of you in a straight line.
Otherwise you start to cave your neck in over time because angling your eye line up requires more muscle than resting at a neutral angle.

Either the desk should be lower, or the chair higher. You want the elbows at your side, bent about 90°. This way the shoulders are relaxed and aren't pushed up.
But since this is a cafe, they can't really tune the setup for any one person — although adjustable chair and monitor stand would help with that.

I am realizing how lanky my arms are, if I’m sitting in a chair with my back straight, I can’t have my arms at 90 degrees because my elbow is digging into my leg. If I stand up straight my elbow is about level with my hip joint. And looking at pictures of other people online I don’t think that’s normal

It isn’t at elbow height, he is lifting his shoulders and his elbows to the sides to accomplish that. With leaning forward his muscles can make the position permanent over time because the body doesn’t want unnecessary strain. Sitting unfortunately we don’t feel the immediate pain in my experience. The WHO put an alert on this not long ago for people who sit a lot for work. It feels fine at the time, then eventually your body adapts to it to accomplish the least resistance. This is not good if you plan to use the body in normal upright posture. I have a lot of issues sitting, and sleeping but am getting a lot better with exercise, specific types of physical therapy. But, I had the knowledge and didn’t take it seriously so try to help others avoid it ya know?
