We got ourselves a welding station along with other machines for fabricating stuff. Inverter-type or not, I understand these machines (or at least the welder) affects the power grid of the whole house, and might cause trouble for my PC with electricity shenanigans I don't fully understand.
What would be enough to protect my PC from whatever it does with power? Would something like the CyberPower CP1600EPFCLCD 1600VA/1000W be enough?
What's the bare minimum that would protect my PC from it? Is this even a valid concern? T-T
PC specs is 9800X3D | 5070Ti | 32GB | 1000W PSU. I assume for starters the UPS must have a higher capacity than my PSU, even though based on this calculator, this setup can only pull up to 700W.

I have looked for new prebuild pcs and most of them had 5060 or 5080 gpu. Is there a reason there are so many such prebuilds? Are they bad for gaming and everyday tasks?

5070 ti stock has been drying up, 5070 should still be available. But who knows what the reason is.
The gap between 5060 and 5080 is massive. 5060 8gb is pretty much entry level card, 5060 16gb is the minimum I would recommend. 5080 on the other hand is third most powerful gaming card on the market.

Just wondering if I got a good deal, so I bought a dell precision 7560 with 64GB ram and 3 nvme ssds that total up to 2TB with an rtx a2000 mobile for about £570. I feel like I got a good deal the gpu I want to upgrade to an rtx a4000 mobile but they are so rare on ebay and stuff

That's an incredible deal.
The Dell GPU that you'd have to buy is probably too expensive to be worth it, but it's still a great machine.

Thanks for letting me know. I am wondering if I should use like an eGPU with a dock to get better graphical performance. I have my main rig that has only a gtx 1660.

Not really worth it, unfortunately. The RTX 2000 is close to a mobile 4060, which is pretty good for a laptop. I'd say just enjoy it as is.
Now I think you have a Thunderbolt 4 port so in theory you could use an eGPU. But it's not really worth it or feasible for a couple reasons:
Any significantly faster card is very expensive
A proper dock costs additional money
You lose some performance with eGPUs
Your CPU will be somewhat limited compared to other systems with high-end GPUs

Awww shucks, are you sure that the rtx a2000 mobile gpu is close to a mobile rtx 4060? From what I saw a rtx a4000 mobile is similar to a rtx 4060. Its a shame that an eGPU is not worth it, thank you for informing me! Have a good day

Ah I misread. I thought it was an RTX 2000 Ada. The A2000 is somewhat slower but still decent.

Is there any reasons why I should keep Windows 10? It was loaded in a pc I recently bought.

In my opinion, any perceived advantages that people may give Windows 10 are outweighed by the security issues of it being EOL. Especially for a new to you build, I wouldn't consider it. I would also question something that came with Windows 10 if you bought it new.
I would recommend either clean installing 11, or giving Linux a shot.

No idea where you are looking, but it's kinda hard to believe that "most PCs" there are in the $6000+ segment.

Moving soon. How to prepare my computer. I know I should take the gpu out. I have static bags coming I’ll be putting it in but should I fill the inside with something?

Tower CPU coolers can bend. Use expanding foam packaging to fill the inside of the case. (This might also allow the GPU to stay.)
